Because it's cold? Or because you have
one?

Will whatever's bugging you die in the
first frost? I mean, is it an outdoor
allergy? |

Yea, it's pollen from the trees. This is the first time it's bugged me
since spring. I've got no trouble in the winter except my cat allergy.
Once I get disability, I'm going to have some actupuncture done to get
rid of my allergies for good for $50.

I know people who've had success with
accupuncture for treating allergies.
Good luck with it, Slunky When will you
hear about disability?

I don't know. I got more papers to fill out last week to send in. I'm
hoping for February for a decision, and hopefully a positive descision.

Gosh, February still seems like a long
ways away. Some people get legal help
applying for it. Were you able to do that? |

No, I want my whole lump sum. My therapist is an expert in applying. We
worked on a good function report and filled out everything. If I get
turned down, I'll appeal myself, and if I get turned down again after
that, I'll get a lawyer.

I figured the fuck with it, if he wants 25% and will take care of
everything for me, then that's worth it. So now I filed my appeal and
I'm just waiting for what ever is next. |

Thing is for me, I need all the money I can get. I have a ton of court
fines to pay, collection agencies, credit cards, payday loans, money to
pay back my parents and my aunt.

So far all I've gotten is a rejection where they only contacted on of my
many medical sources and denied my application on the basis of something
I'm not claiming as a disability.
Then I filed the appeal and now the lawyer is getting stuff like a
letter of total disability from the pdoc and the SSA sent me another
"how do you feel questionnaire."
I'm planning on speaking with some other lawyers too. |

I can definitely understand, but I also really want it to happen and so
if it happens easily and without me stressing it then that 75% is just
another agency that wants to stick a hand in my pocket....and the sooner
you get that back pay helps...even if it is less IMO - because I've had
*none*. |
