I went for a walk the other evening and
was really shocked when it got dark.
I've lived through enough autumns and ya
think I'd remember by now.

i'm not even sure if i have it ,
i know i don't like the short days ,
but i don't think its to the point where ,
i'd say its disabling my activities ,
i guess the proof would be in the pudding ,
i'll keep reading

A friend gave me a SAD light. I'm using
it but I don't know if I even have SAD.
I'll let ya know in Feb. if it made a
difference. In general, I like the
coziness of the darker months. Not that
the nights are as long here as they are
there. According to the times we posted,
I think there's 30 minutes more daylight
here. Now. Yer probably still losing
about 4 minutes a day and it's 2 here.

Compared to youze guys, I'm living at
the equator. 12/21 will be more
7-4:30ish. I think. We've got that
daylight savings time thing the last
weekend in Oct that skews the dark times
a bit later, though.

It doesn't skew it, it puts it back at its real place, with noon at
twelve mid-day.

The opinions given above may be mine. They might also
just be what I feel like saying right now, okay?

Yeah, but I'll still feel skewed for a
few days once it gets unskewed.
