i hate (part III)

hate keeps me warm at night.

What meds are you taking? Are they working for you, and do you have the
correct diagnosis? I would urge you to discuss some of these things
through with a therapist, they are trained professionals who can help
you through difficult types of thinking. I have had a similar attitude
with my therapist, and think I may try to write him a nice email to
apologize. Also, things seem to look worst late at night, would suggest
keeping more regular hours.

Risperdal. i'm on a low dose and get too much side effects with high dose.

the doctors ignore my dysphoric mania and anger. they focus on the paranoia
and depression.
