| | | Life Sucks and then You Die We are all put here on earth to suffer. There is no point in trying
to find happiness, because there is none. Everything that can go
wrong, WILL. Life is nothing but a means for some superior being to
watch us suffer as part of a large play of torture. This being, whom
some call god, enjoys watching us suffer and hurt and be tortured by
his onw hand. We are nothing but his puppets of torture, and when he
gets tired of us, he kills us in some manner, and of which method used
is a mystery until the time is here. Some die in accidents, others
from a massive coronary, stroke or brain hemmorage. Some burn to
death others freeze or drown.
Either way, life sucks and then we die. There is no alternative.
Life is misery, tears, pain, suffering, agony, hurt, torture, hate,
fear, and ends with a painful death. Dont even try to make life
pleasant, because you will only feel the pain more when you fail to
achieve pleasure, and if you do find a few moments of pleasure,
remember, it will only get worse, and everytime a moment of pleasure
is experienced, the pain is only worse later. It's better to seek
pain and misery to avoid the ups and downs that only make things hurt
more when the man upstairs decides it's time to torture us again. The
good thing is that living in constant pain and torture makes us numb.
Soon the pain gets less and we brush off the horrors in our lives.
When we lose a family member, a child, a pet, or anything else that
matters, we soon find that we can no longer cry or even feel the pain.
Living in constant pain and suffering is like a drug. We continue to
inject our daily tortures and soon nothing phases us. We just go on
to the next problem, and sooner or later we take our own lives and we
no longer have to worry about when our time will come, and how painful
the final outcome will be. We can choose our own death process and we
can determine the amount of pain and weaponry involved. I personally
like the idea of suicide because I can and will know the exact moment
and process that leads us to our deaths. We can outsmart that so
called god and he can no longer torture us. Either way, we will die,
so why wait. Life sucks and then we die. I know this, I accept it,
an I will choose my own death.
I quit therapy, and I am damn glad I did. Those so called
professionals in the mental health field are all liars. All they do
is promise sunshine and bright days that never happen. We anticipate
these days and we suffer in more pain with these expectations that
never happen. Dont fight it. Depression is all their is, and it will
continue till death. I choose death soooner than later because that
will end all the pain and suffering.
Life sucks and then you die, and this is so very very true....
I sit here telling you all the truth about life, because this is the
actual truth and nothing but the truth. I sit here contemplating if I
want to use this gun sitting next to me, or use this bottle of pills,
or should I spend another day suffering? This question occurs
hundreds of times each day. Some days I just hum along and decide to
just grin and bear it. Other days I load my gun, pour the pills in my
hand and prepare my exit. Life means nothing and never will. This
may be my last message, or there may be more. It dont really matter.
If you happen to be one of these religious types, pray to your
torturer and a ask for mercy and forgiveness, but remember this. You
are only a puppet on his string and the more you pray to him, the more
he pulls those strings of torture.
Life sucks and then you die, and that is all there is.

If that is all there is to it, why did it take some much writing to

crying for some understanding, but i couldn't follow his lengthy
post. from what i saw at the end, it looked pretty dire.

I saw it as too polished, too practiced, to be authentic. I could be

This is nonsense. It may describe how life is for you, but it doesn't
describe how life is for everyone, or even most people. This is a
statement of fact, not speculation. I suppose it's possible that *you*
specifically, and perhaps a few like-minded individuals, were put on
earth to suffer, and you've overgeneralized to the rest of the world,
but it seems unlikely to me.
I can understand why you quit therapy. If it doesn't work, there is no
point in continuing it. Have you tried antidepressant medication? If
you think it is better to end it all than to continue suffering,
surely it is better to take effective medication and recover than to
do either of the other.
Find a good psychiatrist in your area, and get effective treatment for
your depression.

No need to read more. This is clearly not true since many people have
perfectly happy lives. The normal slings and arrows of course, but all in
all very happy and prosperous.
Not that this helps. It just makes many of us more pissed since we ask "We
can't we be like that?" |

a lifetime of suffering makes us wiser, stronger, and more profoundly
spiritual. right? that's got to be right. |

Yep, the solution to everything. Pop some drugs and all will be
better. Just because one cant get out of bed in the morning because
of the side effects, and one is no longer capable of functioning dont
matter. Just pop the pills and forget you have a life. Personally,
I'd prefer death than live life as a brainless zombie. I already
tried many of these useless drugs, I flushed them down the toilet and
told the psychiatrist where to shove them. I DO think it's better to
end it all, than either alternative, 1. continue to suffer the pain
and agony of life, or 2. pop pills so none of the agony is felt, while
still existing in the same shitty world. of course there's 3. Use some
phony "good god" as a drug, (which does not exist).
Life sucks and then you die, and that is all there is.
