Default Living alone

Just wondering if any one out there lives by themselves. I have two small
dogs so they are always good company.

Dig up a couple of earthworms; I hear they're the coming thing in pets.
Don't forget to get them a very small keyboard.

I've adopted an avocado and a mango seed. I'm sure they'll fill my life
with meaning and joy. Or else.

I live alone, have no hobbies and am not involved in any social
groups...but I'm genuinely happy with my situation. Do you ever think
meds might be good to the point they're detrimental to your life. In
other words, should I be more interested in the greater things life
supposedly has to offer?

Eh...whatever.

I've never had meds.
Never had the guts to go to a doctor and say whats going on in my head. So
you're ahead of me there.
Basically I lived as a hermit for four years (after a messy divorce).
Apart from work and a martial arts class I didn't go out. Unless it was for
an excuss to have a drinking binge.
Only now I am starting to venture out into the big world.
I guess life is a bit of a balancing act. I still like my own space, but
know I need to make an effort to sociallise and look after myself.
Any way there is nothing wrong with a good party if you can find one. LOL.
Well there is my recent life story.

They can both get quite big given the right circumstances (compost,
light, water, food, no frost, potting on at the right times). They
should give years of pleasure, but I can't see them needing the

I liked to be alone live with one cat. When I get a right software I
would post his photo and the rainbow photo. When would that be, LOL.

There are a lot of month that I had not let my voice speak. I am used
to it, a lot of time voices out as spoken to myself.

I feel a lot normal being alone, with my cat. I speak to my cat a
lot.

I am used to be along with other people out of any intention being
togather and talk and talk and I know that I have a time of alone. LOL.

I do... I wouldn't want it any other way... In high school, and
college, I had roommates... and it was very tough... I much prefer
living alone...

What sort of things interest you, or used to interest you? How are you
creative? If you could play a sport what would it be? Ever thought of
getting a pet or growing a pot plant? It is nice having another heart beat
around and animals love unconditionally.

I am just getting my life back in order after a messy divorce and other shit
4 years ago. I sometimes find it hard to pull my finger out and stay
motivated. I find after I have done something or accepted a personal
challenge I feel better.
I even dug out old stories, poems and drawings I did as a teenager. That was
25 years ago. I had forgotten what I was capable of.

I enjoy going for walks. It is sometimes nice being outdoors. You get to see
other people and even if you don't know them or talk to them it can help to
give some feeling of connection. Being in nature is great to. Just hearing a
bird call can brighten my day. Nature gives me a feeling of peace. I usually
walk alone. I don't have a lot of close friends and sometimes want my own
space.

I don't have a strong social network. But I do value what few friends I have
as I feel they are true friends. Most of these friends I have only known
since my divorce and I have met them through my sport (martial arts) and a
meditation group I go to.

Sometimes I find it hard to be living on my own. A bit lonley but I know I
need my own space and being ion my own gives me time to think and find
solutions.

Hope this helps you some how.

I am starting to get into aromatherapy. Not for any scientific reason. I am
mucking around seeing what smells good. If I have to burn a candle scented
ones are great. Lit one recently and the pleasant smell hung around for
days.

Yeah bloody hot here. Thank God for swimming pools.
Still snow is a treat for me if I ever go down south. Even if it is
freezing.
