Default the mind & insanity

I get these in my email, called daily hindu wisdom; here's today's food for
thought;

People point their finger at insane people and call them 'crazy.' But they
don't know that they themselves are actually crazy, as well.

Whoever has a mind is mad, because the mind is madness. In the case of a
person who is insane, it is clearly manifested and therefore you can see it.
Whereas, in your case, it is not as clearly manifested and therefore not as
obvious. But the madness is there, because the mind is there.

i think it means that by virtue of simply possessing a human brain, we are
all nuts to one degree or another

Yeah, that sounds feasible, we're all fucking nuts!

Of course we are! It's the ones who think that they are sane that cause
all the trouble. I've long ago decided that most of the human race
lives in denial. And no, I don't mean da river Nile.

it's simply that psychosis is a disconnection from reality. bipolars may be
disconnected since their moods swing without apparent reason.
schizophrenics may be disconnected because they are seeing a different
portion of reality that most people have gated out in their frontal cortex.

certainly lining up 40,000 people and having them murdered as a public
spectacle would seem insane. but ancient Latin American civilizations did
just that.

religion to me, is often totally insane. we worship these deities with
little or no proof of their existence. it's crazy that people spend 8 hours
in bible study on Sunday arguing over some words that have been rewritten
100 times. lol.

Perhaps the only sane people are those who admit to being mad.

The opinions given above may be mine. They might also
just be what I feel like saying right now, okay?
