Default More Buffalo...

This time a brisket, in the crockpot all day with potatoes, onions and
carrots. It smells heavenly!

They're rounding up the wild buffalo here for the winter.

I have heard that. Do you know why?

I'm sure we won't keep this up for long, it's just 'cause it's new, so
I'm on a learning curve.

because its so rich and untreated like regular meats such as beef or pork
buffalo is really hard to digest and tends to sit in the lower intestine and
just decompose

Venison is a favourite of mine, very lean and tasty. My parents got
some venison burgers from a farmers' market a while back and gave them
to my nephew, who was about 10 at the time. When he found out what
animal they came from, he dubbed them "Bambi burgers", the little tyke.

I ate a lot of deer meat, when growing up. My grandfather was a hunter.

I take it he still ate them.

The opinions given above may be mine. They might also
just be what I feel like saying right now, okay?
