I'm so grateful for my optical mouse. I don't miss ball mice at all.

i've thought so many times about getting one of those ,
but i'm so lazy i just don't do it ,
i don't mind washing my ball now and then , besides ,
soon as i bought an optical one ,
there would be another some new type ,
and then i'd want that one

There is a newer type already. It's like an optical mouse, but it uses a
laser instead.

I usually stay two or three years behind the cutting edge. That way it
costs less and I can research and get the most stable piece of hardware
rather than something completely new that has undiscovered problems. The
only really new thing I've bought for my computer in a while is a
dual-layer DVD writer, and I haven't even used it yet for that.

Some of the old vintage computers are valuable now. I sold my Atari
computer for $150, and I've got a Panasonic Sr. Partner portable
computer from 1980 that I consider an antique.

I've got a somewhat old CB from Ratshack. I wonder if it's worth
anything. Probably not.

no , those ones aren't worth much ,
you might get what you paid but i doubt it ,
the old tube type ones are good though ,
you can get lots for those if they still work

I didn't think so. I wouldn't want to sell it anyways. I still use it on
car trips.

I live by two interstates and a truckstop, so there's usually people on
all the time.

Do you know any software that will write to an 9Gb disk?

The opinions given above may be mine. They might also
just be what I feel like saying right now, okay?

I think the newest Roxio will, but I'm not sure.

I just forced myself to get used to laptop scroll pads, I haven't used
a mouse in a while. My work laptop is a thinkpad with the joystick in
the middle of the keyboard, I like that better.

I don't like those. I hardly use the one on my laptop. I can do
everything I want with the keyboard.

I used to have an old Zenith laptop with a "J Mouse" on the keyboard.
That was a real pain in the butt.
