my big day...today

today is the day of the "inquest" before the judge. it sounds like he
will look at the stipulation agreement, make us both sign it and then
finalize the divorce.

that's what's supposed to happen, but, i've been this close too many
times before to get too excited over it yet. although i do believe it
is actually going to happen today because of the new atty i have. i
got a referral (from an atty a friend of mine uses) for a lawyer from
the next county over. at last...i have found a competent atty. the
other side is done.

i'm scared to death. i hate having to go before the judge. i should
go look for something appropriate to wear and start getting ready.
it's not until this afternoon, but, i can't screw up this court
appearance.

anyway, i'll be back tonite to make an announcement if/when it's
official.

According to my Forte Agent, Ivan responded to Punk (which is obvious
based on the dialogue). But it lists Punk's post at 11:45 am and
Ivan's at 10:12 am.
