my stupid smokealarm

battery is low again

i found one nine-volt laying around and threw it in the stupid thing a month
or so ago..........
now that battery is low so the freakin' thing keeps beeping like every 30
seconds or so

its driving me barmy

When they get that bad I leave them with no battery as a punishment. It
can take me several months before I relent, and remember to fit a new
one.
