without it hurting but my damn R strumming-picking hand just can't seem to
cut the mustard, she wears out toooo fast............

you got any idears on building up those muscles?

if you can find one there's a thing that golfers use ,
to strengthen their wrist its a round thing with a ball inside ,
and once you get the hang of spinning it the ball spins around ,
inside this outer housing and centrifugal force kicks in ,
it really builds the wrist up but you're right ,
keep on keepin on and it'll get easier
