don't be too isolated! So often, I've noticed that when we are
by ourselves for too long, we go way too much into our own world... we
get really lost in ourselves, our own thoughts, feelings, ideas,
obsessions etc... but when we can talk with other people in person, it
helps us to forget our own problems and concerns and get outside of
ourselves, it helps open up a lot of pleasent memories, and parts of
ourselves that we may have hidden or forgotten... sometimes, until you
have a conversation with someone, you can almost forget how to have a
conversation...

Sometimes going to work makes me feel better. There I feel I'm not as
fucked up as I thought I was.

I don't always enjoy working(though sometimes I do, paticularly
volunteer work), but I enjoy, and desperatly need, the social
interaction...

yes, conversations are extremly difficult for me, though it gets
somewhat easier if I know the person really well, and/or I feel that
I'm really in my "comfort zone"... but when I'm not in my "comfort
zone", I'm a disaster socially...

How else am I supposed to think about my family's money?

meet I wear my ipod. Most of the time it isn't even turned on. Still all I
have to do then if I see someone is nod.

I had a half-hour chat with one of the assistants at the supermarket. I
think she was on her break. That's more than I normally say during the
week.
