Default Oh yea, it was time for a nap all right.

First she tugged on the drapes over my bed and broke off the little
do-hickey plastic things that hold the drapes on the track.
Then she took half a bag of pretzels and dumped them on my bed. Then she
goes nuts jumping and running around.

Now she is in her crib having a tantrum. Stupid holidays! Her daycare is
closed so I'm off work. Later on a friend and her daughter are going to
come over
and we will go to the park.

Point is I need the nap and I want to have a tantrum. But no, I have to do
more laundry, mop the floor and try to ward off the monster headache I'm
getting from her yelling.

I <heart> my kid, but WAHHHHHHHHH

Sounds a lot like my mother, she raised three kids with chronic
depression. We turned out alright. Apart from the depression we have
college degrees and are caring people. In other words don't be too
hard on yourself. You love your daughter however there are periods of
annoyance even resentment but the love remains. As you have found,
sleep does wonders and things are looking up, right! I wish you the
best and hope things go well for you and your daughter.
