maybe so, but it wouldn't work quite as well without you.

before you leave us in the lurch, can you get to a hospital?

I'm worried too. I'll be back reading the NGs
in a few hours, have to go out now.

I found it useful to remember the title "How I
stayed alive when my brain was trying to kill me"

Ach, it breaks my heart to hear it --
but I'd rather it than think you'd be
silent. I'll offer no "stiff upper lip,
chap" bullshit, but I really would do
something to help if I could.

I found it somewhat helpful to keep track of
events, ppl I met, and how I felt (as well as
Rx, missed doses, etc) Not a real journal but
something along those lines. I just broke off
contact with certain ppl (who BTW were not
relatives) That didn't cure the situation
but I think it helps some.

IIRC, you have been on a bunch of different
meds without great success? You are in treatment?

It is really bad practice, IMO, not to discuss
contingency planning for the bad times. But it's
not unusual alas.

Yes, but life wouldn't be the same.

Do they have a Home Intervention Service where you live? You have to go
through NHS Direct to get them, I think.

E-mail me your phone number if you want to talk.

If this indeed was the trigger, you gotta remember your personal worth is
way more than you expect of yourself, regardless of what your head is
telling you. Hang in there 'ol chap, it will turn itself around again
soon, keep posting!

Why give the bastards the satisfaction? You have every right to be here
that they do.
