I got a 99% CACAO chocolate the package says it's a chocolate for an
adults , taste bitter and let it melt slowly in your mouth, recommend
that you eat this chocolate with sweet drinks. It's like a baking
nonsuger chocolate for baking and too much for the recommendation
unless it's 84% or lesser. This 99% 45g package chocolate has 1700mg
polyphenole. It is so bitter!

I'm a milk chocolate guy. I like Lindt Excellence Milk Extra Creamy.
Just like your dark chocolate you have to let it melt in your mouth
slowly. Not the kind of thing you can eat a lot of.

Have you tried tablet? Condensed milk, butter and white sugar, mostly.
Nice in small doses.

I've never seen it, or even heard of it. Sounds scrumptious. Yet another
region to go north sometime.

There are lots and lots of recipes, essentially just variations on a
theme, but this one is the closest to what I know as tablet:

http://www.discusscooking.com/forums...weet-5379.html

And this is what the finished tablet looks like:

http://www.scottishsweets.co.uk/Prod...Name=GD-Tablet

Now I want some!
