Default so I don't *watch* the news



on TV, and rarely listen to it, and am selective
about the sites I read (lynx, usually, no pix)
but today it is getting to me. via a msg from
one person.


"interesting times" is a curse, right?

An old Chinese one, if memory serves "May you live in interesting
times". Kinda like now with wars and nuclear tests and such.

sleep when we do; who can be the most right of centre?
