tylenol's hard on the liver. don't take more than the
recommended amount. even a little more can be toxic. lots of
kids get overdosed by well-meaning parents every year with
really bad results.

i feel a little whoosy the next day for about an hour when i wake up ,
after that i'm fine and ready for whatever , T-3's help some ,
or , if i have any left over another smash can be helpful

None of them are great, but aspirin is definitely the worst. Too much
stomach irritation and blood thinning.

Tylenol and the NSAIDS are metabolized by the liver, so adding alcohol
causes the liver to have to work harder. However that is primarily a danger
to alcoholics. Limited use of OTC pain relievers and alcohol shouldn't be a
problem.

None, they're all more liver toxic when combined with alcohol.

Unless you have a pure narcotic which then would be increased in effect.
But almost all of the *usual* candidates have Tylenol in them, and
Tylenol is the worst of all OTC analgesics when mixed with booze.
