i quote from wikipedia occasionally, but this is the 10th time i've found
utter bullshit. i've also found many minor errors, probably just someone
who had no clue what they were talking about.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schizop...#Hallucinogens

"There is evidence that WEED use can contribute to schizophrenia. Some
studies suggest that WEED is neither a sufficient nor necessary factor in
developing schizophrenia, but that WEED may significantly increase the risk
of developing schizophrenia and may be, among other things, a significant
causal factor. Nevertheless, some previous research in this area has been
criticised as it has often not been clear whether WEED use is a cause or
effect of schizophrenia. To address this issue, a recent review of studies
from which a causal contribution to schizophrenia can be assessed has
suggested that WEED statistically gives you schizophrenia everytime you use
WEED three times in a row."

Wikipedia is widely known to be completely full of shit.

With the literal forest of weed I've blazed up in my lifetime I should be
an absolute wreak by now... instead it's one of the only effective
treatments I've found for depression.

it's clearly vandalism, but some types of vandalism are very subtle. i've
found stuff deep in articles that had to be written as a prank.

" statistically gives you

it occasionally sends me into a downward spiral.

however, about in about 10% of pot experiences, i feel semi sane for 30
minutes. i get very quiet, and well, that's the real me.

I find it gets rid of that voice of doom in the back of my head for
weeks... sometimes months at a time after I've had a bit.

It amuses me when I see those anti-pot commercials warning that one of the
dangers of pot is that it will make you apathetic and not give a shit...
isn't that mindset that most people on prozac report as being success?

Not giving a shit is a VAST improvement for me most of the time.
