Thanks Nicky,
I stay in tune with the latest low carb recipes on alt.food.diabetic. I
have a decent pizza recipe that keeps me happy.
I wrote this in response to a post by a newly diagnosed Type II who
described feeling sad in the grocery stores when passing up foods that
were favorites and now considered dangerous. I knew just how the writer
felt and wanted to give her an another way of thinking about things.
I won't forget my mourning over potato chips, French fries, buttermilk
biscuits, French bread, bagels, pizza and candies like Red Vines and
peanut brittle.
