Default 2.5 days of bg's

Well here is my progress. I had a bad day yesterday but doing lots better
today. I haven't posted because I have been trying hard to work on this and
do better. I still have a long ways to go but I am gonna make it this time.
;-)

Aug 28

143 fasting
168 1hour PP
174 2 hour PP
166 before snack
171 before supper
125 after supper !!!! :-)

Aug 29

140
201 too many raisins
182
173
216 over shot ate two HB eggs
190

143

Aug 30

125 fasting
180 PP
131 random @ 1 P.M.
94 random @ 3:00 P.M. ate cottage cheese
113 @ 4:15
109 @ 5:15

Now I am starving LOL

Diana, that is such an improvement. I'm happy for you. Can you
tolerate a few almonds or something like that to take the edge off the
hunger. Again, congrats.

now go in and eat a few hb eggs, a 1/4c of cottage cheese
a few pickles, some summer sausage, a few pieces of cheese
something that is lower in carbs so it doesn't raise you and
helps knock out the feeling of being hungry.

lol oh wait!!! maybe I shouldn't "help" you since some are
considering this to me playing doctor... yeah well what's it
matter, according to some I'm a liar as well.. i'm a liar because
I agreed with you about your feeling like you're pond scum
around here. apparently I'm not allowed to express my feelings
nor you.. and gawd forbid that I'd support or care about your
well being. gotta love the support given here and being trash
talked to at the same time. some should be so proud of themselves
on how they get their jollies for the day.

well, no worries from me they've been carefully filled away and
I won't be bothered by them any longer.. I too deserve to be here
and not have to worry about being attacked...

you should be very very proud of yourself kiddo.. you're doing
fantastic!!! and I know you'll make it this time too.. if anything,
to say.. "HA! see I CAN do it! a yee of little faith!" :P

Good for you! That's definite progress. Have you tried any of the books on
glycemic index to try to get a feel for what might work better for you?
I've found that staying on a basically very low carb diet works very well
for me, but we're all different. FWIW - some of my favourite snacks now
include: cheese (string and cheddar as well as cottage), nuts, celery,
peas, bell peppers.

It can be tough, but you CAN do it. More power to you.

So now our people cant say a diabetic cant work to have non diabetic numbers
type one or two..thats awsome!
