Default A1C Bragging

Just received my newest A1c of 5.3....was 5.4 earlier this year. Oh,
glorious day. The struggle to keep diabetes under control will never end
but I am winning the battle.

Wonderful news Ray. Keep it up.

I know how hard it is to reach 5.x. I am at 5.6 myself after rigorous
active life style (5-6 miles walk 5-6 days a week) and fairly
disciplined food habits. I also manage my cholesterol tightly without
medication. I am also working 9/10 hrs a a day.

I am wondering if you can share your medication.

The key to winning the battle is overcoming the world's great lie
about hunger:
