ACV update

So far I haven't seen a drop in my numbers. I have lost 2 pounds though.
Could be coincidence. I don't know but it was nice hearing them call out
those numbers on the scale at the Drs. office! And I seem to have more
energy. So for the time being I will continue to take them.
