Default Bread

Sometimes I order Perfect 10 Bagels from
https://westernbagel.com/cgi-bin/com...tion&key=41269

Sometimes I buy Nature's Own Double Fiber Wheat.
http://www.naturesownbread.com/NAT_V...0&ProductID=16

Right now I am trying out Trader Joe's California Style Protein Bread, made
with organic high protein sprouted wheat berries, corn & oats.

Total carbs 15g 5%
Dietary Fiber 2g 7%
Sugars 1g

Protein 5g

So far, so good, as to taste, texture, BG numbers after eating, etc.

Since I am still experimenting some with foods since I began using Byetta, I
am ordering some of The Alternative Bagels from
https://westernbagel.com/cgi-bin/com...tiveBagel.html

I'll let ya know.

I get Silver Hills Flax bread, when I can. Costco carries it and a couple
of other stores.
