Default cholesterol level and blood pressure, the natural treatment

This web site has quite useful collection of information about
health.
Its focus is about Chinese herbals. After using so much modern drugs
to control my blood pressure and cholesterol level, I found this site
quite refreshing. At the end, the more natural way always sound more
attractive and more reasonable for human health.

Chinese herbals are also typically good for diabetes control, although
nyself don't have this problem.

I want to thank you for sharing that website with us.
I'm all for natural products oppose to the medicine doctors are trying
to push down our throats.
I was introduced to a juice that has solved so many health issues that
it's hard to believe, if there wasn't so many testimonies to prove it.
This juice is called Xango and the fruit which is in this juice is
called Mangosteen and it is mentioned in the Chinese Medical accounts
dating back to the
Ming Dynasty (1368 A.D. - 1644 A.D.)
I had several health problem along with high cholesterol and I have
been using Xango for a little over two months and my cholesterol is
normal and my health problems are gone.
I would like to share two websites with you, one gives you information
and many testimonies on the Queen of Fruit the Mangosteen.
The other has a short video explaining all about the mangosteen fruit.
Please once you take a look at the video, leave your info so I can
contact you with more
on this awesome juice called Xango.

Aaarghhh!! A spammer answering a herbal twit. They deserve

& more crappola.

But for those who do want to try the "natural" route -- they should be
reminded that the "Chinese Herbs" are unregulated, may be mis-labeled, may
even have harmful ingredients -- including unknown amounts of the active
ingredient of more respectable *regulated* medications.

I had problems when my GP put me on statins with leg cramps. Worst I'd
ever had in my long life. Mind you, at over 70 I have problems with
MOST things these days )

Anyway, I went to a local 'natural medicine' place and they
recommended Vitamin C, L-Lysine and proline tablets 3 times a day and
at my last visit my level had dropped. Not too much though, from 5.7
to 5.4 but I'll keep taking
the tablets as my GP wants me down to about 4.6!

Suppose I'm only posting this to say that the tablets I take are so
cheap at my local herb food store I'd never go to any of the sites
mentioned in this thread as I bet they are very expensive to use.

Tom,

On the contrary, it's not the case. Do you consider $5/box expensive?
