Any low-carb cook book. The worst thing you can do is buy a
"diabetic" cook book.

Read this first:

I've had a lot of diabetic cookbooks over the years and they were all
useless. Too many carbs in the recipes and most of the recipes called for
weird stuff that I wouldn't use to begin with. Like canned biscuits and
sugar free gelatin or pudding. The people who make these cookbooks also
seem to think diabetics are looking for a lot of snacks and desserts.
That's just not me.

I find these days for the most part any cookbook or recipe will do. I can
pretty well factor what the breakdown of it is. But when I was first
diagnosed, the most important thing for me was that it listed the amount of
carbs and fiber. Most all of the newer cookbooks show that. But really I
get most of my recipes online now and don't even bother with the cookbooks.

IMHO there is none. You could do worse than follow one based on a low
glycemic index diet - best you can do is severely limit carbs.

One that breaks down the recipe to give food values accurately... I
like anything that Dana Carpender's written. There are a few excellent
low carb sites on the web, too.

But the bottom line with anything you eat is how your blood glucose
reacts to it. Once you know that, you can take any recipe and tweak to
suit your food profile.
