Numbers 31:7-18
They attacked Midian just as the LORD had commanded Moses, and they

According to the Old T, God told Moses to have his people murder
everything that breathes....except for the little girls who were still
virgin. Now just think about this for a second. How do you suppose
these men determined which of the little girls were still virgin, and
which were not? They would have had to inspect the vaginas of each and
every one of these little girls.....instantly murdering the little
girls who had already been raped. Now what do you suppose these men
did with these little virgin girls after they had brutally murdered
every form of life that they had ever seen or known? Do you think that
they took them back to camp, tucked them in, and read them a bedtime

Murder is unlawfully killing another.

Because GOD is the Source of all laws, HIS command to kill the
unrighteous in the setting of war is lawful and therefore is not a
command to murder.
