Default Feedback on Kabbalah Book

A while ago Will suggested reading the book "Rebooting - Defeating
Depression with the Power of Kabbalah". Thanks Will. I received the book
from Amazon last week, and have begun reading through it when time allows -
a page or two each night before bed - a sad change from when I used to
devour books, reading hundreds of pages a day. I have been reasonably free
from depression in the past week, but I'm hoping that despite my cynical
nature this book helps in even a small way.

Henry I also got the book last week. Unfortunately, I havent started it
yet. I used to be a tremendous reader also. Now I find that I dont
have the concentration to read. I have bought three books in the last
month. I read the same paragraph over five times and still dont
remember what I read

Thanks, Henry. I hope the book helps... When I read through it, it
seemed remarkably clear in terms of suggestions that it offered. As
you know, for many people, depression comes and goes. When it arrives,
it is much easier to control and deal with effectively, if one can
recognize it for what it is and have strategies for combatting it.

When I do that I know it is time for a nap. Trying to read when I am
not wide awake is a lost cause for me. In fact some nights when I just
don't seem to be sleepy enough to fall asleep right away I will turn
the bed lamp on low, pick up a book I keep on my side table and start
reading. Usually, I don't even get through two pages before I am ready
to put it down and turn off the light. Best sleep aid I have found,
plus it is non addictive and costs nothing.

Americans killed in the occupation of Iraq as of August 26, 2007 is 3,732.
United Kingdom = 168 Other = 129.

How many more Americans must die to satisfy Bush's ego?
Let us all pray for Bush - God knows he needs it!

As of Augest 27, 2007 it has been 1610 days since Bush
while standing in front of the banner which was sent
to the ship by the White House saying MISSION ACCOMPLISHED
declared,"In the Battle of Iraq, the United States and our
allies have prevailed." IOW MISSION ACCOMPLISHED.

Isn't Bush's "surge" of troops working well?
Pay attention to the frequency of American deaths since it began.

Exactly my situation, Loretta. Lack of concentration is one of the things
the writer seems to identify as a problem. (I am so far going throught the
'problems' chapter).

Baby magazines are good. Lots of pregnancy and birth stories, advertisements
showing what kind if equipment is available these days etc.

Please don't tell others about those magazines...that will cause us
men to have to work harder.
