There is a nice recipe in the link below for people who want to eat more
fish but have run out of serving ideas. Each serving has only 6 gr carb so
it is open to adding as little or as much carb as one can handle. For me
personally I would use Parmesan instead of Mozzarella, add a side salad with
vinaigrette and 4-5 different low starch, multi coloured veggies.
