We aren't very friendly to people who suggest that carbohydrates are a
good idea. Sure, whole grain is not as bad as more refined wheat
products, but it still raises your blood glucose enough to cause problems
for many type 2s. I'll let a type 1 discuss what it does to them.

We type 2's find that a low carb diet helps lose weight well enough that
we seldom have to discuss obesity. Some of the above web sites
