for the last 2 years I have been having the worst pains I have ever had.
pins, needles and pain pain pain.
if i remember correctly the first time I felt pain was a day or 2 after
building a raised garden bed - 25 feet long, 8 feet wide, 1 foot high.
and for the last 2 years every time i tried to restart my work outs I would
end up in bed again. each time it happen i thought what can i be doing
during the day that would make this happen. when wanted to get up in a
hurry when laying down i would throw my legs out to help swing my upper body
up,
sitting at the computer for hours didnt help.
is pain in my future? I dont know. but I am doing what needs to be done.
your doctor examined you and probably has the best advice. if he or she
told you to exercise. i strongly suggest you do.
as much as i know what needs to be done for me. Sorry to say I wouldnt feel
right playing doctor.
pain free for a couple of months.
