Default Januvia yummy troubles

Hello,
My hubby and I (type 2) are on Januvia 100mg daily. Hubby has been on it for
about 3 weeks and is having some nasty tummy troubles and we are going to
see the doctor tomorrow. Hubby also takes Novolog & Avandamet. It seems like
every time he eats he gets pain and nausea but feels better at night. I know
we have to look into possible Gall Bladder problems and possibly
Pancreatitis but has anyone experienced tummy troubles from Januvia.
Thank you
Cathy

encouragement, or attempts to understand a lonely person,
extraordinary things begin to happen.

This may sound irrelevant, but it's probably not.

What is he eating and what are his (and your) blood glucose
test reading about an hour after finishing the meal?

Read this to see why I ask:

I don't take it but I know that tummy trouble is the most common side
effect. Particularly if one eats too much fat or too much food at one time.

I really think this was caused by the Januvia, especially since he is so
much better now that he stopped the drug. This was a very informative
website, thank you sending it
Love
Cathy
