My favourite way of obtaining chocolate
Large teaspoon cocoa powder (NOT drinking chocolate, I use the organic
free trade stuff on the basis that I don't use much so can afford the
best - see the Pareto Principle)
Mix with sufficient milk to make a paste
Add 3 - 4 drops peppermint oil (or up to 1/4 bottle of the cheapo
stuff from the supermarket, test your own preference as too much can
blow out the inside of your nostrils)
Make up to a cup with hot water and top off with a little more milk
Deeelicious!
Disclaimer: peppermint oil helps soothe intestinal inflammation and
regularise smooth muscle contractions (available on prescription and
OTC as Colpermin in enteric capsules, ideal if you fancy a mentholated
shit) however it is contraindicated for GERD. Having said which it
doesn't affect me badly in any way,
