Default Loosing weight

A tape worm consumes most all your calories and causes weight loss. Why
don't the doctors just give you a tape worm until you get down to the
correct weight then kill it? Sounds more economical than a stomach
reduction.

Gangrene also results in weight loss as you tissue is eaten away. Doctor's could use that on, for example, flabby thighs.
