I suspect you are missing some test numbers at "high" times.
Those lows are actually quite acceptable for most people but
are really noticeable for those of us who go too high and
then swoop lower rapidly; part of the problem is the size
and speed of the drop.
For a couple of days I suggest you follow Jennifer's "test,
test, test" advice totally,

testing at both one and two hours after meals. Study the
results that you get, review the foods and activity that
caused them, see if you can detect any patterns that
indicate the underlying problem.
If I'm wrong, what is it likely to cost you? Two days and a
few dollars worth of strips. If it helps it could be money
very well spent.
Come back with the results; for many of us (certainly for
me) the solution was to eat in a way that caused lower
spikes and to do that with more but smaller meals and snacks
spread over the day - "grazing".
