Default Midnight Grill - Ruined

Well,... daughter and grand daughter will be taking off somewhere tonight to
celebrate. I get to grill in peace. Only problem is, fireworks and
celebrations will cover my attempts to aggravate the neighbors. They'll
probably still be up at midnight. All my loud music will be for naught. Life
isn't fair.

John What you need to do is to go to bed early (or at least pretend to)
then call your neighbors grumpily when they waken yu with their niose and
fireworks:-)

If life was fair you wouldn't be crossposting all your Chung stuff to
this group. Do you realize that you're just as annoying as he is, if
not more so? At least he does have good information once in a blue
moon.

Or have your bbq at 2 am after the neighbours have settled into an exhausted
sleep after all the partying and noise....

It sure would be nice to start off the New Year if you could find
diabetes support information here rather than the drivel that seems to
dominate the threads here.

No, drivel is much more important.

You put so much thought and planning into this. I just can't believe
your neighbors would be so rude to you! It's definitely something to
keep in mind the next time you plan something special for them. :-)

Does complaining come under the heading of *diabetes support* or is it
*drivel* as well?

Wow -- in just a few short months you've gone from telling Nicky "I
always learn so much from you" to this -- ouch! I show over 97,000
messages for this group in the past year or so. Surely there's
something supportive for you in there somewhere?

I gotta run -- I think I'm hearing "Let me entertain you . . ." in the
other room --

That would be wonderful, Cheri! But I suggest you cover up a bit.
It's not supposed to get above freezing for several days.

Let me know when you'll be arriving. ;-)

I think "complaining" would come under the heading "Drivel Therapy" and, as
such, is acceptable for diabetic complainers in need of support. We all
approach our needs in different ways.

I appreciate your sympathy. It's very discouraging when efforts are met with
indifference. I bet they'll be sorry when I die. (...and, if I don't get
back on track today, that may be sooner than later)
