: Yeah - but again, low carb is incredibly easy to maintain on, once

I have maintained goo bgs adn my weight for over 10 years now, even
slightly drifting down. with my sciatica I know that losing weight would
help relieve the pain(not cure). My pain MD is himself, a diabetic who
lost weight with Atkins adn maintains with it too. , asloI have just
finally finished Taubes!!!!!. I will be checiking with my endo that my
kidneys are OK and want to try the 2 weeks of induction with the 220 grams
a day, considerably lower than my usual 50-100 grams, on whi I know I can
maintain. As a result I am not worried that I will lose and then gain
back as I am alredy familiar with carb watching.
What does concern me is whether the induction will really work with me as
I am not currently carb addicted(not that I wouldn't eat that whole bag of
potatos chips(crisps) if they wewre here now:-). I hope to start
Wednesday a dwill keep you all informed. Any thughts?
