Default my mother...

has diabetes. i know some things about it but i haven't had the time
to further research it. it scares me and makes me worry about my mom
more and more, because you see, she also has multiple schlorosis which
has made her less mobile.

Sorry to hear that. Do you know if she has type 1 or 2? And what can we do
to help you?

I was wondering if there was any way you and your mom, or at least you
could join a diabetes support group in your locality, from my own experience
I gained so much help and there were alot of people there who were there to
learn about diabetes to help their loved ones even though they themselves
did not have diabetes. Most of them are free and all are conducted by
diabetes educators. good luck

IMHO, Julie IS a support group all on her own ...

She has helped many, many ppl in here (and quite possibly), elsewhere too.
