Default Normal Numbers For The Androids

Hello!

Another update ...

My Birthday was last Sunday (Thank you, thank you, thank you *ALL*
very much). Anyhow, on Saturday I BBQ'd a steak and some chicken
during a major snowstorm. ,

Dinner was late by maybe an hour. What we noticed was how high the
Missus numbers jumped -- even tho nothing new was eaten nor were the
proportions altered.

So ... Ah hah! Timing is *very* critical. We started timing dinner 8
hours from breakfast (the first injection of the day). The numbers
have improved since then.

Yesterday every reading was normal (under 8). Not bad for a pair of
rookies :-)

Also we started using The Pen for injections (we had been using
syringes up until this week).

That's it!

Cheers & Thanks For Being Here,
The Androids

Yes but so can be the improvements. AND you'll almost certainly find
the improvements continue to, well, improve over time.

Sounds fun : ) Over here, we generally put the BBQ to bed over the
winter :P Hope it was a good birthday, anyway...

You are learning what works and thats great!
Way to go!
Keep on updating its great to see.

Hmm..bbq...think i will make some tommorw...gotta keep it in the dry rub
overnight..s little secret i learned as a type two is to rub the ribs over
night in a sugar free or small bit of brown sugar mixed in then grill the
ribs and use a sauce i make myself such as a vinagar based sauce or if im
lazy i buy a low carb sauce with no HFCS such as bullseye 2 carb sauce..very
tasty stuff and no spike.

take care andriods!
