a teaspoon of coconut oil each day.
Results of recent lab work, October 12:
Total cholesterol down to 166 (from 169)
*HDL's up to 52 (from 45)
*LDL's down to 95 (from 103)
Triglyc. down to 96 (from 103)
A1c 5.3 (down from 5.5)
