Yes? And his "conviction" was a result of his saying...what, exactly?
This?:
You persist in mischaracterizing the episode in Florida. In fact, Dr.
Chung does not take exception with the right of the folks down there to
fire him (a position I disagree with and would go so far as to say the
firing was actionable, and could well have made Dr. Chung a wealthy man
had it been adjudicated).
Or was it perhaps where he said this?:
Further, I do not see you mentioning that the principal in the
case went so far as to praise Dr. Chung's medical expertise.
Or was it in fact this?:
You do not know what Dr. Chung's relationship with his wife has to do with
anything. But unless you have engaged in illegal stalking, how the fuck do you
know anything about her whereabouts?

And good luck to you on that one.
My first guess was that it was a slip of the keyboard on Andrew's
part, and, as he is utterly and unconstitutionally incapable of
admitting, ever ever ever, that he has made a mistake, then
you've now been permanently convicted by clerical error. Where I
use "clerical" with some reservations, mind you.
I'd be happy to be shown wrong, but all efforts to date
have met with the usual stonewalling.

mistake some of another posters comments as being mine?

Do you really expect to get a rational answer from Andy Chung?
