You may be 110 lbs heavier than optimal.

It would be wiser to eat less of everything and be hungrier (have a
healthier appetite).

That tend to make folks hungrier if they don't overdo it.

Those who remain brainwashed to believe falsely that "hunger is bad"
tend to have very real psychophysiological manifestations arising from
this false belief.

Actually, the low HDL is a cholesterol problem.

As for knowing who are the very elect, these you will know by the
unconditional love they have for everyone including their enemies
(Matthew 5:44-45, 1 Corinthians 13:3, James 2:14-17).

You need to get serious about your health and do whatever you need to do to
get your Triglycerides a lot lower and to raise your HDL's.

Just incase you find anything I personally have done useful I will give
you a quick idea how I got my over-all health under control.
2 yrs ago I weighed about 210. I'm 5/4. I was diagnosed with diabetes
at one of those free check-up places. I was terrified. Went to a Doc.
with cash. (no insurance). He prescribed lots of meds. and said see ya
in 2 months. He didn't even follow instructions on monitoring my liver,
kidneys..ect...like the print-out on med. s said to do. Doctor didn't
even tell me to get a glucose monitor or take a diabetes class,
nothing.
I found a 10 dollar class through the health department, the BEST
move I made yet. I learned what 'Portion' sizes are, I learned how to
check blood sugar, learned what good and bad cholesterol is ect...
The classes are a MUST. And also, I did a lot of my own work because we
are all different so the same plan may not cure everyone. I bought a
book called, 'Reversing Diabetes' by Dr. Julian Whitaker. Between the
classes, the book, prayer, and re-training myself to be active, I am
now at 154 lbs.
My blood pressure and blood sugar are normal. I am keeping active,
walking 2 miles atleast 1 time a day. The advice in the book was very
helpful. Also, I had to stop taking my medicine after the first 2 weeks
of my change in dietary habits, so diet and excersize was the key for
me. And Of course the scripture about Honey is healthful to your bones
but too much will sour your stomach. and the one about not being a
glutton or over eater.
Moderation in all we do. right?
Hope something I wrote helped you or anyone.

My Triglycerides were 612, and not are about 480. I have higher bad
cholesterol that the good, but the over all numbers are not as bad as a lot
of people. But the numbers between the good and bad are large. Last year
when I was 43, I have 3 stents put in on an emergency basis.
I have heard that higher Triglycerides can be a sign to developing diabetes,
or atlest there's some link.

I will I knew for sure what to make of it.
