I'm glad you've developed a menu you really enjoy that is compatible
with your diabetes.
The diabetes nurse recommended Kellogs Guardian cereal to me,
but I have found it tasteless and thrown it out in the rubbish bin. I
am now experimenting with a couple of cereals and muesilies to
find a combination which I really enjoy the taste of and which
keep my meter results within safe limits.
