I must have missed the original post, that chicken fried bacon looks
delicious. I've driven through Snook, Texas where Sodolack's is located but
don't remember seeing it. I'll be driving down to Corpus Christi to visit my
sister and might just stop in at Sodolack's and get some chicken fried
bacon. I'm sure it is fairly low carb.

If you are ever down that way stop in Sugar Land, Texas. They have the best
barbeque in the whole world. It is almost worth the drive just to get a
plate of ribs or pulled pork.

The few carbs in the coating would be a drop in the bucket compared to the
french fries. Did you see that plate of french fries in the video? Made my
mouth water, I can remember getting a serving of french fries just like and
eating the whole thing. Those restaurants in Texas had the best french
fries, maybe because they fried them in rendered beef or pork fat.
Yum....That was a long time ago.

You could always use ground up pork rinds for the coating. :-)
