Hey, take away the bun and you'd have something that's very "eat to
your meter" friendly. Bon Appétit!

Best,
Kurt

Scary

I keep having visions of John Candy thinking he's finished
the ol' 96er in "The great Outdoors" when he says there's
only fat and gristle left - and the evil look on the cook's
face as he indicates it's not finished until that's gone.

Sadly, John Candy did die of a heart attack at the age of
43.

Cheers, Alan, T2, Australia.

No particular point. I was, and am, a John Candy fan. I
enjoyed every film of his that I saw - including that weird
thing in the junkyard with Dan Aykroyd and Demi Moore
(Nothing but Trouble?) that everyone else seems to hate. My
favourite is Uncle Buck; I think of it every time I use a
power drill:-)

If there was a point, it was to do with his sad history of
failed crash dieting, but I don't meant that as a criticism
of the guy, just a comment in general.

Before writing the earlier comment, I did a little reading
on his final days in Mexico. Sad is the most apt word that
comes to mind.

Cheers, Alan, T2, Australia.

Actually, it was untrue. Extreme high calorie meals aren't bg or
insulin friendly, either.

Kurt was being sarcastic with the "take the bun" off thing. I was
answering in kind. :-)
