It remains wiser to preferentially lose visceral adipose tissue (VAT)
instead of just weight, which could be muscle instead of the bad
"inside" fat (aka VAT).

This is done not by exercise but by eating less, down to the optimal
amount to become healthier (hungrier):

Which ever one makes you hungrier (healthier).

This will vary individually but would be determined for each
individual by specific effect on hunger.

It is our issues with hunger arising from the world's great lie about
it that causes the irrational compulsion to overeat when hungry
thereby causing the original VAT gain in the first place:

You are welcome, Ben :-)

Redirecting all thanks and praises to GOD so that we will both be that
much more blessed (hungrier).

Be hungry... be healthy... be blessed.

Prayerfully in Jesus' awesome love,
