Default Recipes using sure-jell

Anyone use sure-jell making a lemon meringue pie rather than using all
that cornstarch? If so, can you please post the recipie? Any other
recipies with sure-jell would be appreciated also. I'll be using stevia
as splenda is hard on the kidneys. I also want to keep the calories
down and sure-jell would work for that purpose as well. Thanks

According to this article it did, but she wasn't making jam. She was
using it in a variety of recipies such as cookies. So it's how she used
it that made the difference. She was using it as a thickening agent in
place of sugar.

Well, Thanks all for your tips. I think I'll use unflavored jellow for
the pie instead. It has protein that we have to eat anyway and I'm
already familiar with using it outiside of its normal use. Sure-jell
still interets me because aparently you can bake with it. Guess I need
to spend some time at the bookstore.
