Is there a FAQ to link too, or a simpler explanation of the "cryptic"
signatures following the poster's names?

The sig's usally describe a persons type such as type one or type two or
insulin rsistant or thyroid issues etc.
Some post thier current a1c and body fat/mass numbers.

Then of course is the usuall fav quotes etc and website links.

I think we all do our own thing : ) Mine translates to:

What type of diabetic I am, when I was diagnosed, any related
conditions
How I control my diabetes, other medication
Last A1c and current BMI
