Default Saturated Fat Discussion

Hi All

The source is openly low-carb and pro-protein, but gives
some interesting and different points of view on saturated
fats.

PS Susan, was this your chicken-fried-bacon source?

Cheers, Alan, T2, Australia.

I like these guys - they talk a lot of sense. I now own two of their books,
and use a few of their recipes. According to their charts, though, I should
eat 4 eggs or equivalent at a sitting to get my required levels of protein,
3 times a day... wow...

If you're interested in their TV show, look out for Cookworkx.

Nicky.
