Default Still in the club

HbA1C 5.85 and lipids "excellent" I didn't note numbers but my endo is very
conservative about these things. Considering that the past 9 months have
mostly been spent eating diner food, and the Nordic Track isn't reachable
for a while more, that's not too shabby. I have been going to the gym a
couple/three times a week, despite the preponderance of fat old people
(oops...).
I'm back in my own house finally, so things should get even better.

Life is good, even with 3" of much delayed snow on the ground.

Good for you, Gary : )

I saw an article on the news the other night, saying how good Nordic
Walking is as an exercise - I just wish a person didn't look such an
idiot doing it...

I don't use the hand ski pole simulators; my balance isn't that good. And
I watch movies while skiing. My dear wife had bought me a "Nordic Vision"
tape that lets me ski around Waimaia Canyon on Kaua'I. So realistic you
can almost hear the chickens!
