Default for those who are T1 and/or Celiac

If you have a Red Robin resturant near you.. they now have
a Gluten Free menu items.. Just need to ask your server.

I wonder what's on it though. Outback Steakhouse has a gluten free menu too
but it pretty much boils down to a piece of plain meat and some lettuce and
grilled veggies. All of their potatoes and also rice has gluten in it. I
really think that places that offer a gluten free menu should have at least
one "starchy" item that is GF.
